Dried Elderflowers - 2 oz

Dried Elderflowers are used most often in white wines to create more complexity and enhance the aroma of the wine. Add 1 to 2 ounces during primary fermentation of the wine. Remove elderflowers within 72 hours of adding them to the primary for best results.
